We are delighted to have been part of the tactical urbanism project in Hodonín, on which we collaborated with Gehlpeople Architects under the patronage of Karel Komárek Family Foundation.

The goal was to make the route between the train station and the newly emerging community space more pleasant and lively. As part of the project, a system of wayfinding elements unified by the color red was created, which naturally guides visitors through the city to their destination while giving the entire route a clear identity.
The first pilot sites along this route were created based on participation with residents. Immediately after exiting the train, users pass through a revitalized underpass, where, in addition to informational and navigational elements, they are guided by colorful lighting and wall graphics. At the first curve of the path, a rest area focused primarily on teenagers was created. The shape of the swing structure is inspired by the winding, playful path and is complemented by other elements that provide opportunities for spending time together.
