The Brownfield, located next to the BUBEC art centre, has been transformed into an area that is becoming an important social centre of the Prague Řeporyje municipality and a place where sport and culture are connected. The design includes a gallery, skatepark, parkour, pumptrack, summer cinema and wooden stages for cultural events, all combined into one functioning unit. The materiality of the furniture respects the sculptures designed by leading Czech artists. We have also placed new public lighting, charging posts and a water fountain which we believe should be standard in places like this. At the same time, the area is easily passable and well connected to its surroundings.
