A key requirement in the area - the separation of the existing dog pound from the skatepark has become a key element of the design. The dividing wall is designed using recycled solid bricks that were generated as construction waste following the demolition of a deteriorated building on the site. The design respects and integrates the many grown trees providing shade for resting. The obstacles meet the demands of the local community and so there is no lack of basic street elements such as flatbar, kicker, grindbox or manual box and others. The skatepark is equipped with a drinking fountain, bike racks for visitors and new furniture. Designed benches under the pergola serve as storage spaces for tools and park maintenance.
