A new leisure complex for all generations has been created in Varnsdorf. One of our biggest project is located on the site of a former factory, of which only the chimney was preserved, referring to the industrial history of the town and now forming the dominant feature of the entire complex. The newly created active belt connects the residential area with the Mandava River. It features a skate park, parkour, and a children's playground that also uses the sloping terrain.
The playground is followed by a relaxation zone that is connected to the Mandava River. The self-binding-gravel area, which also serves as a petanque court, features a gazebo and an outdoor furniture set that can be used for relaxation, but also as a venue for smaller concerts or events.
The active belt is completed with green areas,a new network of pathways, furniture and relaxation net. This gives Varnsdorf a space where everyone can find something to suit them.
